Abstract

Hazrat Ali ibn Abi Talib (RA), the fourth Caliph of Islam, is recognized for his exemplary efforts in establishing justice during his rule. This study examines his administrative and judicial reforms aimed at ensuring fairness and equality in society. Hazrat Ali (RA) emphasized the selection of judges based on piety, integrity, and competence, while also implementing policies that eradicated corruption and safeguarded public rights. His emphasis on social justice, accountability, and moral governance established a transparent legal system that balanced individual rights with collective welfare. This research analyzes his strategies to uphold justice and their relevance for contemporary governance systems, providing insights into ethical leadership rooted in Islamic principles.
